Instructions
  1. Dry your scallops on paper towel to remove any excess moisture and sprinkle with Chinese five spice powder.
  2. Heat a small non-stick fry pan.
  3. While the fry pan is heating, in a wok saute the ginger, garlic and shallots in your stock until soft about 2 minutes.
  4. Add your Bokchoy and wilt for about 2 minutes or until the desired textured reached you may need to add a little more stock or water.
  5. Quickly dry fry your scallops in hot pan 1- 2 minutes one side, turn and 1 minute the other side they should be opaque.
  6. Serve on top of your Boychok.
