  1. Tear the leaves off the kale storks about 2 – 3 cups and lay flat on a baking tray.
  2. Sprinkle with salt or flavoured spice mix of your choice. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for approximately 4 minutes. You need to watch so the leaves don’t burn. Cooking time may vary.
