Instructions
  1. Season your chicken breast and grill on the Bbq for approximately 3 - 4 minutes each side depending on thickness.
  2. Leave to rest for 10 minutes wrapped in aluminium foil.
  3. In the meantime prepare your salad ingredients.
  4. Slice the chicken breast thinly arrange on top of you salad and squeeze over your lemon juice.
  5. Dress with your preferred herbs for a little extra zing and presentation.
