  1. Cut your fish into strips.
  2. Cut your zucchini in chunky long strips chip size.
  3. Mix psyllium husks with all the dry spices.
  4. Coat your zucchini strips and fish in the mix.
  5. Have your fry pan heated to a medium heat.
