I must admit in middle of week 2 I had a cheese craving and this fixed it. Also just a little note while you are within your calorie in-take sometimes you don’t have a good result on the day after eating cheese but you will catch up so don’t upset yourself

Instructions
  1. Sauté onion and garlic with water in a non-stick frypan for 2 – 3 minutes until soft.
  2. Add tomato sauce and heat through.
  3. Once heated stir in spinach and cheese for approximately 2 minutes so blended into sauce.
  4. Server on Slim Pasta (prepare per packet instructions).
