Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients and leave for 1 hour for the all the flavours to infuse.
  2. To Kebab it: form oval shapes and skewer (try a stick of lemongrass for an alternative), dry pan fry until brown on all sides and cooked through.
  3. To Bake it: Heat oven to 180 degrees, put mixture in an oven proof dish cover and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. To Steam it: Either in a heat proof bowl as a whole and divide into portions or shape into balls and steam in a chinese steamer basket 13 -20 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favourite salad mix and a squeeze of lemon or lime.
