Chargrilled Octopus with salad 142 calories
It’s definitely BBQ season and no reason not to have one just because you are loosing weight fast
Ingredients
- 100 grms Octopus
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 whole birds eye red chili finely sliced
- 1 juice of a lemon
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion finely sliced
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup cucumber sliced

Instructions
- Clean your octopus thoroughly and pat dry.
- Season with salt and pepper and throw on the Bbq for about 4 minutes until cooked.
- Mix all other ingredients to make your salad and toss in octopus.
