  1. Mix all ingredients together other than parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put in a casserole dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. When cooked serve with your desired vegetable choice and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
