Base Tomato Sauce 30 calories for ½ a cup

A tomato base source to liven up your HCG diet

A kitchen staple this will make approximately 6 cups and I add it to mince to make pasta sauce, mix with cottage cheese/ricotta to make creamy pasta or topping over spinach and bake fish in it.

I use it for many things as you will see recipes that follow.

It will last in the fridge for at least 2 weeks in an airtight jar.
