Beef burger and Beef balls
Put in a small food processor 1/2 onion, 1 clove of garlic, parsley and mix to a paste. Add 200 grams for the beef mince and process to blend. Remove 1/2 of mixture and form into a Pattie and chill in fridge for 10 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes to the mix and process again. This will be a fine mix mould into small balls and place in a non-stick pan and put in the over 180 degrees for 15 minutes and bake.
Beef burger serve with a generous salad or 1 cup of vegetable of your choice.
Baked beef balls serve in an Asian style soup, with vegetable of your choice, salad or add ½ cup of base tomato sauce and serve with slim pasta.
Put garlic and onion in a non-stick pan and sauté in water for 2 – 3 minutes. Add mince to pan and stir until browned add sauce and heat through. Serve with slim pasta and a salad or vegetable of your choice.
