HCG Sample Meals:
120g Choice of Animal Protein + Salmon
150g White Fish/ mix seafood
100g Tofu or Cottage Cheese
x2 Whole eggs
Large serve of leafy greens or Vegetables
Free Foods: (optional)
- Coffee (no milk add stevia to sweeten if need be)
- Green Tea, herbal tea, black tea
- Bone broth (homemade)
- Miso soup (homemade)
- Lite Aeroplane Jelly (1-2 sachets)
- Slendier noodles (optional with meals 1 and 2)
Stock or stock cubes – check the back of the packets you would be surprised from Brand to Brand are different my preference is Massel if using the fluid stick to 1 cup and 1 cube.Tips: Remember while on the HCG diet -you need to count your calories for your free foods that you can add to your meals so don’t over add just 1 cup of lettuce and 1 tomato or 6 baby tomatoes and a quarter of an onion.

Slim Pasta – this is made from Konjac under 20 calories a packet you can buy from the Supermarket or in health food stores.
